Seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 2017 bringen WISBORG frischen Wind in die deutsche Gothic-Szene. Ihr Sound ist unverkennbar verwurzelt im Goth- und Alternative Rock der Achtziger und Neunziger Jahre, doch die Combo um Nikolas Eckstein und Konstantin Michaely hat keine Angst vor stilistischen Grenzgängen – keine Band da draußen klingt wie WISBORG! Kein Wunder, dass die mittlerweile vom Duo zum Quartett gewachsene Band längst Gast auf allen großen Szene-Festivals war und nicht nur beim M’era Luna, Amphi Festival, Wave-Gotik-Treffen oder Plage Noire sondern auch als Support von Lord Of The Lost auf ganzer Linie überzeugen konnte. WISBORG sind der kreative Nachwuchs, auf den die schwarze Szene gewartet hat!

Since their formation in 2017, WISBORG bring new energy to the German gothic scene. Their sound is rooted in 90s goth and alternative rock, but Nikolas Eckstein and Konstantin Michaely are not afraid to draw from other styles of music too – no band out there sounds like WISBORG! No wonder that the duo turned quartet has played all big gothic festivals like M’era Luna, Amphi Festival, Wave-Gotik-Treffen and Plage Noire by now and got a fantastic reception as support for Lord Of The Lost as well. WISBORG are the creative offspring which the gothic scene has waited for!
