Devil-M wurde im November 2006 als Projekt von Astharat gegründet. Ausschlaggebendes Interesse an Movie-Scores brachten den entscheidenden Einfluss in den weitaus elektronischen Musikstil. Zusammenarbeiten an Filmen wie „Die at Dawn“ zeigte bereits Mitte 2007 erste Erfolge. Größte Einflüsse sind von Beginn an die Bands Psyclon Nine, Marilyn Manson und David Bowie. Nach dem Debut von 2011 „Kannst Du sterben”, dem Nachfolgealbum „Revenge of the Antichrist” und „Hollow Earth” (2017) spielte die Band auf zahlreichen Festivals und Touren im In- und Ausland. Mit “Astharat” ihr bisher dichtestes, kompromisslosestes und radikalstes Werk. Deutschsprachige Texte vertiefen den Eindruck eines phänomenalen Meisterwerkes.

Devil-M was founded in November 2006 as a project by Asharat. Crucial interest in movie scores brought the decisive influence in the far more electronic style of music. Cooperation on films such as “Die at Dawn” already showed initial successes in mid-2007. The biggest influences from the beginning are the bands Psyclon Nine, Marilyn Manson and David Bowie. After the debut of 2011 “Can you die”, the follow-up album “Revenge of the Antichrist” and “Hollow Earth” (2017), the band played at numerous festivals and tours at home and abroad. With “Astharat” their densest, most uncompromising and most radical work German-language texts deepen the impression of a phenomenal masterpiece.
