Ich wusste nur, dass ich Hilfe brauchte, und dieses Album, zusammen mit der Zeit, die ich mit meinen Bandkollegen auf Reisen und bei Auftritten verbracht habe, rettete mein Leben.“

Ich sah Farben, die ich mir nie hätte vorstellen können“, erinnert er sich. Diesmal wollte ich unseren Zuhörern gegenüber stimmlich ehrlich sein. Ich liebe sie, wir verstehen uns irgendwie“, drückt Mychael aus. Das Album feiert auch die unzerbrechlichen Bande der Freundschaft. „Glücklich schätze ich mich, solche Freunde zu haben!“, bemerkt Mychael. Reflecting on the album’s creation, Mychael shares,

„I guess you can say other people’s lives caught up with me during the process of writing „Resolution of Happiness“. My brother and Father both passed away! It was a strange period mentally for me. I didn’t know what was wrong or what was right at certain times. I just knew that I needed help and this album along with spending time with my bandmates traveling and playing shows saved my life.“

Each track on the album serves as a sonic remedy for Mychael, bringing color to a time of darkness. „These songs medicated me! I saw colors that I never could even imagine existed,“ he recalls. Bandmates Illia, Danny, and Howard each played pivotal roles, with Danny and Howard sparking a revolution of authenticity within their recording studio, ensuring the album’s creation was a journey of truthful expression. „I have every right to sing about whatever I want to! This go around, I wanted to be vocally truthful with our listeners. I love them, we sort of get each other,“ Mychael expresses.

The track “Tongue Tied Galore” features ambient sounds of camaraderie—heavy chain smoking and loud chit-chat, capturing the essence of the supportive environment that surrounds the band.
