The Kentucky Vampires

Gegründet:
2016 Louisville, Kentucky (USA)

Emerging from the crypts of Louisville, Kentucky, The Kentucky Vampires create authentic, driving gothic rock that honors classic post-punk traditions while forging an aggressive, modern path through the shadows.

Gothic rock mainstays The Kentucky Vampires have returned from the grave, officializing a powerful new lineup and announcing a slate of upcoming releases recorded at the historic Suma Recording studios. The regrouped outfit features founding guitarist Zac Campbell and longtime bassist Motuvius Rex, now joined by new vocalist Ashley Vega and drummer Daniel C of the legendary American gothic rock band The Wake.

This past January, the newly solidified band descended upon the famed Cleveland-area studio to capture a refreshed, dynamic sonic direction. Listeners can expect the band's signature dark atmosphere, driven by hammering drums, propulsive basslines, heavily modulated shimmering guitars, and deeply emotive vocals straight from the crypts of Louisville.

The band will roll out their new material across two distinct releases:
• “Resurrection” (EP) – Arriving December 2026 Serving as a dark appetizer for the new lineup, this 8-track EP features 3 singles, 2 demos, and 3 exclusive remixes from contributing bands.
• “New Dark Age” (Full-Length Album) – Slated for Early 2027 The band’s definitive next chapter, featuring 10 brand-new, original tracks.
